Aravinda Kidambi Srinivasan

About me

I am a final year Master’s student at the Computer Science Department, SUNY Stony Brook University. Having graduated from Bachelor of Engineering as a college topper, I worked with IBM India for two years as an Associate System Engineer. As an avid programmer and a flexible team member, I worked on several time critical projects for IBM’s biggest telecom client.

My main research interest lies in Compilers, Security and Operating Systems. I am working as a research student at Experimental Computer Systems Lab(ECSL) in building a novel dynamic bounds checking Compiler(Boud) that uses hardware support to reduce the run-time overhead of bounds check. I am also carrying out research at SPLAT lab on Keyboard acoustic and timing attack. I am currently working as a part-time intern at Riverbed Technology Inc in developing an automatic configuration tool for deploying the WAN optimization product.
