Dear Speaker

As a tradition the talk should be under an hour. Please inform us if you require a laptop or a projector.

The organizers buy the refresments and pizza. The department usually pays for the pizza and the speaker pays for the refreshments. The cost for the speaker is generaly around 40$. If you do not want to pay for the refreshments please let us know. We will have receipts for the drinks and you can give us the money at the talk.

To have a proper advertisment of the talk please send us a short abstract together with a picture (related to the topic) one week before the talk, so that we can update the site. Also we have searched and put up a link to your department website. If you want students to have a look at another website, or you want us to take down the link, please inform us.
