|Welcome to my homepage. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in April 2010.
My research interests include the international political economy, foreign aid, economic aspects of armed conflict, and spatial statistics. My work examines the conditions under which donors coordinate the provision of foreign aid, how volatility of aid flows affects political stability in recipient countries, and network aspects of civil war.
