|Welcome to my homepage. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in April 2010. I am a member of the AidData Research Consortium.
My research interests include international political institutions, foreign aid, civil war, and spatial econometrics. My work examines the conditions under which donors coordinate the provision of foreign aid, how volatility of aid flows affects political stability in recipient countries, and coalition dynamics in civil war.
